8”x10". I experienced a lot of sexual trauma as a child. Confronting this as an adult, I felt like my trauma was me. I couldn’t separate myself, from IT. I had a breakthrough when I did mushrooms for the first time, and I finally received the relief of seeing my trauma as separate from myself. It felt like the trauma was this ashy substance filling up my whole body. I painted this to expel the ash from my body.
